Prince22, i also got the same problem as u got. I mailed to customer support of rebtel and they credit 10$to my A/c. Chk with thm. We shd have used referral link to get extra 5$ :(
After much to and fro, I have also received my credit. If you use the referral link, you'll only get $5. Though the $10 for $1 offer was valid last year (2014), I'm happy they've honored it.
