Seriously though, raise it with the manager. Give them the opportunity to fix it, they are probably just as keen to keep the little buggers out before they take over. If they don't appear to do anything, then it's time to step it up.
I'd hazard a guess there will be some in your house too, do you need to contact the authorities, or fix it yourself?

remember if they scan higher than the shelf price then the first one is free.
