How to check for a genuine ticket?

Hey guys,
So I came home today and received an express post containing four tickets to an A-league game this weekend. It seemed a bit strange and still does at the moment because I'm very confused why I got sent this. Apparently, the sender is Innocean Worldwide who I have never heard of and have no idea what they do. I don't remember entering any competitions or similar but was wondering if anyone can help me check whether these tickets are genuine. Maybe its best to contact them directly but this all seems very random: possibly a scam of some sort I don't know, so confused.

Yep, call them directly and cite the ticket code.
