I have swype seems like a good idea at the start but as it learns it becomes more and more annoying.
Remembers things you type and starts putting them up on the screen instead of common words. Really irritating.

    • Turn off that function in the settings.

    • I've been using Swype for a couple of years. Never found prediction useful but swiping is fantastic

I bought and downloaded Swype app when it was free for IOS as I have an IPhone and it works like a charm … I would highly recommend it to anyone

How is this different to the "Swipe" option that's default on Android Lollipop?

    • Haven't used lollipop but it just works better than any of the other Google keyboards I've tried. Better accuracy and key layout were the big ones for me.

    • Yeah I'm still trying to get use to it (std kb) on kitkat on my newish Alpha.
So most people seem to be saying this is heaps better, might give it a go and use some that credit up from phonebot deal.

I still like to hear more opinions on it.
So is lolipop kb an improved swipe like kb?
