Paris places to stay Airbnb or other

Can anyone reccomend any Airbnb places in Paris or any other vacation rentals, hotels, backpackers?

Need to find a place in Paris (near effiel tower) for a week in March.

Depends on how many of you there are, if its just 2 it may be cheaper to stay in boutique hotels.

The Champ de Mars area have lots of airbnb listings.

5-10 minute walk to eiffel tower and lots of great food (bakery/restaurants) near by

I've stayed here once and recommend it http://hotel-toureiffel.com/ its maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the effiel tower good for 2 people. Our room also had a view on the tower which was un-expected. there is this older post with things to do in Paris as well https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/170578 haven't used airbnb yet so cant comment.

There two of us wanting separate rooms.

Need to stay in what's called Paris 16 area.
