I doubt it. Looks like it's an opening sale based on the 'Zambrero Riverside' Facebook page. Pretty normal for these sorts of places to throw a free lunch on the first day, and it wouldn't apply elsewhere.

The lack of energy/kj on their menus for the majority of the items stops me eating there more regularly. They are nice Burritos however, it's no gyg burrito bowl with brown rice.
They also had $3 coronas last time I walked past Nundah.
First time tried it and I think it tastes much better than GYG or Salsas.
They are also slightly bigger…

I chose to get a bowl the second time around.
I'm pretty sure the cashier recognised me as I got a bonus side order of a disdained look.
