  • Whats the original price? How is this a deal?

  • Save 70c off eBay! This looks like a good way to cut yourself

    • This is USD, eBay is AUD.

      • $8.99 AUD on eBay. I accounted for conversion.

Sorry, I read it as "Save 70c off the eBay price (by buying from this guy)" rather than "Save 70c by buying off eBay".

  • Can this be imported without much hassle?

  • Will this knife cut close to the bone??

  • Anyone know where I can buy a pocket sized sharpening stone, fine grade?

I use a diamond blade on my angle grinder to cut my large sharpening stone into 5 or 6 smaller pieces. That way I can leave a piece near any knife around the house be it shed, garden or kitchen. Bonus is you get both grits on each stone. Just mark lines and cut half way through on each side.

I would say a stone is cheaper and would end up lasting longer. I find diamond sharpers loose their grit and become dull in less than a year. That's even with sharpening under running water.

      • Thanks Sleepy, hadn't thought about that. Yes I wondered about diamond grit's durability, hence the query.

      • +1 for the stone, just watch a youtube on how to do it

great for the zombie apocalypse…we should all buy one to add to our survival bags comprising various coloured enelopes, torches, alkaline batteries, frozen pizzas, smartphones, tablets, mi chargers, Slazenger clothes, asics runners, Udemy courses, and laptops…

    • You can escape the apocalypse by booking an extra cheap flight to the US over Xmas New Year with Travelwiz.

      • U kidding?? Lol…as per most of the shows, the US is where all the zombies are!!! At lease there's not many of us here in Oz…Bigger chances of survival with the enelopes per head count…

        • But travelwiz do their best business in ski resort and snow chalet areas - have you ever seen zombies there?

You clearly need a Plan B.
