For years my Dad purchased ink from http://www.tonerworld.net.au/index.php and was always happy. Anyway, he is not around now, so my Mum ordered some ink in mid January ($80-$90). The money has been taken. 5 weeks later and nothing. They dont respond to emails, we have left heaps of voice messages, but they dont respond. Any advice on what we can do…

If you paid by PayPal, dispute the transaction.
Put up an Airtasker job to go in to the store and ask if they've received the email. Address on the site is: 9 Tilley Court, Caboolture, QLD.
