Hi Any help would be appreciated
Downloaded Avast free but can't connect to many sites luckily I can connect to this site
I get No Data received server sent no data
I have tried Google, internet explorer same message
I have windows XP
My son usually helps but he has moved to London
Start off first by removing Avast's extra components.
Go to your control panel
then uninstall Avast
Click Change installed components as shown here
Click Next
Then, untick all the boxes in the Tools section. Click Next to confirm your choices.
Restart your computer and see if the issue is fixed.
