Shoddy mobile phone screen repair by Mobile Phone hospital (Sydney)

Very bad screen replacement work. The screen was not flush with side panels. They claim to have done numerous screen replacements of the same phone model, but most people don't check the work done or the customer service just gives a lame excuse which people just accept. I pushed for a refund, but they showed my previous screen which was damaged even more.. it was a health hazard to bring that around in my pocket. They didn't use the right careful technique (like in youtube), rather yanked it out.
Next time, I'll use a better service with a guarantee.. heard some do provide warranties. They are cheaper by a little, BUT would've used a better service knowing this was the result. Hope this helps others make a better choic, than I did..
