    no one on this site, but at least 80% of the population do.

    Most folks don't even look at prices in a supermarket. Hard to imagine right?

      Then they complain their grocery bill is so high!

      I've actually overheard managers complaining about me to staff stating that if everyone shopped like me Woolies would go bankrupt in two weeks.

    Also a waste of packaging, metal, recycling costs, etc.

    I know there's lots of lonely singles buying "single serve" Tuna, but COME ON.

  Woolies Plenty Valley were selling Tuna at this price already I think. Though Tuna is on special every week so it could have been a different brand…

  greenseas is about the worst for % of fish in the tin. no way is it worth $2 normally. Safcol has about 25% more fish in it's tins last time I looked (6 months ago)

    I could be wrong but most of the tuna now come out of Thailand. I have compared Greenseas to the Woolworths and Coles branded ones and can't really tell much difference between them. Coles / Woolworths sell for 75 to 80 cents every day.

      Coles have them $0.80 every day and the flavours are much nicer than all others.

      you should see the way they farm those fish. Make one wonder; is there any nutritious in the tin?

        I don't know how much truth there is to this but an interesting read. Looks like most of the brands come from around the same area and farmed using the same process.
