  i wouldn't call it a scam. they had a promotion like this 2 months ago that i posted. it was for a free travel pack. i recieved my pack 2 weeks later and have recieved no other unsolicited material in emails yet. it's not a scam and there probably should be more than 100 handouts but i guess you just have to be quick. ive given it a positive anyways.

    Its disappointing that you have no idea that the 100 limit has not been reached. Therefore people continue to register for the possible freebie and their marketing database of email addresses continues to grow. A very cheap way for the company to grow their database.

    If you look very carefully you are registering for their e-newsletter, not for a freebie. I agree nothing sinister as say an ebay scam but very sneaky in any case.
