    Hello we used to grind the bean but we decide not to grind any more due to compromise in freshness. We re planning to purchase vaccuum pack machine and until we have this equipment we cant grind. Sorry about that

    Yes you can mix BUT only for single origin, it has to be per 1 kg for blend cheers
