Any speculations on when Paypal will throw another one of those 20% off all eBay stores deal?

Sorry, I just had to say that obligatory line that follows any 20% eBay deal.
I am waiting for one of them too, got my dad a tablet, now I want one.
I think it is unlikely they will run an 'across-the-board' 20% off again.
The later deals had more conditions and exempted postage, for example.
It seemed to me ebay found the earlier promotions too generous based on this.
They also have a corporate strategy of favouring established big retailers, so I think any further specials will be targeted that way, like the last few have been.
