I thought that was an LCD screen on it.

  • Does anyone know the postage to Sydney? $7? If it is it kills the deal.

    • There is a shipping calculator just above the price on the page and it is $7 unfortunately.

  • Shipping calculated to be $9 to Sydney as I was interested as well - so it does kill the deal for me as well :(

how fast is "extremely fast" ?
I always like to see MB/sec.
otherwise everything is 'extremely fast' compared to, say, how fast I can type.

  • At this price, you expect it to be a low end USB 3.0 one. 85MB/sec sequential read, 15MB/sec sequential write. Think of it as a USB 2 flash drive with the sequential read improved to a little bit above the USB 2 threshold. So, yes, it is USB 3 in terms of sequential read, but only just.
