Free Program to Create a Party Invitation

Hello, I am wanting to create a birthday party invitation. I would like to print it out on 4 x 6 photo paper. Does anyone know of a free program that I can download to assist with the task. Thank you in advance.

    I've been using Picture Collage Maker Pro. It has a 15 days free trial period available here.

    Firstly, I think your plan to use 4x6 photo paper for the invitations is a good one.
    Serif offer free downloads of some of their graphics software. I used to use serif drawplus and it came with all kinds of templates. They currently have a free program called CraftArtist which comes with templates to make invitations.
