Just went to the masters website and a box popped up for 10% off next online purchase (excludes appliances). You have to sign up to their email newsletter then they send you a code. Codes are unique and expire 7 days after signing up to the email newsletter.

Aircons are under the category Heating & Cooling Appliances and attempting to apply the code to one gives an error.
The 5% off voucher worked for aircons, but it didn't say no appliances. I don't think this one will work, but I'm yet to try.

Yeah, seems like it's 2 year warranty too on the TB (but that's going by the US specs not sure if Australia will have the same warranty) compared to 1 year on the Ozito.

depends on who you get, some may refuse, others may just do it to keep you happy. heck, some might even just give you 10% back and make it even easier for you.
You would be able to get a refund without question as long as you have a receipt and everything is still in new condition. The problem with reordering online is there is a processing time that is upto 4hrs. So you wouldn't be able to refund, reorder for click and collect and leave straight away with your goods.
