$35 with Vodafone (800mb data if you are a student)
$38 with Virgin 800mb - ($33 + 500mb data addon $5)
If you have optus broadband you get 10$ off .So thats an S4 and Up to 300 mins for standard national calls
+ 500MB data and Unlimited Standard national & international^ SMS/MMS for just 25$ per month. Might suit someone in the family with very low usage since even MVNO's with sim only plans charge around 20$.
