  Just tested a return flight in April and the return flight after charges, no baggage, was $441. Standard fare?
  No deal , unless I've missed something.

  The dates I want to travel the '$150 off' manages to save me $13 compared to using a flight comparison site like kayak.com.au to book the same flights. Hasn't really created a bargain for me even if I changed travel dates by a week or more.

  Tried 23/7 to 27/7 from Mel to Auckland. Jetstar is $231 while AirNZ is $326 after a saving of $150.
  How can it be a deal?

    Considering there's no baggage or meal included and it's a short flight the high prices are hard to justify as a deal. The last half year has flipped the usual trends with Jetstar now often being more competitive than traditionally cheaper foreign-owned airlines.

  It says I 'saved $150' but the price doesn't decrease. It's usually $330 and after promo code is still $330. It should be something very cheap like $180.

  I could get the same fares from Air NZ last week without the $150 code and cheaper fares on skyscanner etc - not a bargain at all.

    Yep, hit us bad, think you need to buy the tickets due to demand? Think again, they just hick up the prices to make you think there is demand.

  Positive revoked after realizing flights from Brissy to QTown are 500 return after discount.
  $110 of extra taxes tacked on that aren't mentioned.
  No deals here.
