hi, so heres the deal a while back my htc one stuffed up on its own and didnt start so telstra sent it to repairs and what they did was after repairs i got a new htc phone. now the same thing has happened with the new one and i am over htc literally annoyed. am i able to get a different brand phone because im paying $80 month and really not getting the service?am i covered by my contract ?thanxs

No need to file complaint.
Just threaten them and they will fall in line.They have a complaints department. Call in and ask for the complaints dept, and explain your frustration. Some of the staff in that department is given the authority to negotiate and offer compensation or make alternative arrangement when customer is not happy abt something they paid for.
