Amaysim Customer Service. help..

I needed to call Amaysim customer service line because of unexpected moible call charges on my account. Call up the customer line 9119 5021 can it prompt you to no where. choose to speak to an operator and it sorry because too busy and hang up the phone by machine. Tried for an hour or two now!

Anyone experience this? How we get in touch with them? I feel unbelievable

Guess at least some of you would be Amaysim customer at some time because of their cheap prices..

    If you have an active account from your mobile call the customer service number, 568 I think, check their website. Another way is though web chat from their webpage.

    Their web chat during business hours is quite good. Try that.

      I've only spoken to sales before (so can't attest to the quality much), however they were quick to respond.

    I have always found their customer service to be absolutely amazing.
    Try the web chat as suggested earlier, I used Twitter to get support and it worked out really well.

      Same here … #1 Telco imo.
      They have a FB page too, can message them on there.
