Officeworks usually have some good all round gear at reasonable prices. Otherwise Big W.

How do you feel about 2nd hand furniture? Salvos/etc. often have really cheap computer desks with nothing wrong with them. Probably better to get the chair new, if you're after something decent/adjustable/comfy etc.
