So disappointed to miss out last weeks Eye Fillet special, but found Jack Purcell meats at Virginia has MSA Eye Fillets for $9.99/Kg starting from today. Just picked up three packs (approx 2.5 kg).
Their are also some cheap yoghurts available but they have passed the best before date.
Expires next Tuesday (unless sold out) but don't expect this deal will last that long…
It would most likely be eye fillet tails.
Not sure about the quality but they are "Nolan" branded which I think are well reputed QLD company based in Gympie.
I think they also supply to Major retailers like Super Butchers…

Pity they're not in Melbourne. We have Tasman meats, but I find they don't have nearly as many specials as they used to, although they are still cheaper than the major chains still.
Love Jacks. Been using them for the past year and there chicken sausages are to die for, so thick and no shitty bits basically a breast made into a sausage with honey.
I hired a fella while back from this place who just came out of uni and he highly spoke of them. Went there and and now stock up monthly on alot of there stuff.
We usually kill our own beef but for bbqs/parties which we have quite regularly we get everything from here yet one complaint.

If you see how many customers they get on a daily basis you couldn't expect them to have the volume for the price they advertised.
The $35 would have been a different grade….
Strange that some say those fillets aren't available when Purcells announce on their FB page today that they are.
