Hello, I went to Coles today to purchase two Oral B electric toothbrushes as advertised in their catalogue. Anyway a long story short a rude lady at Coles said that they don't do rain checks on toothbrushes or coffee machines???? As a customer I obviously don't know this. I looked in the catalogue and it doesn't say anywhere that rain checks are not issued for toothbrushes???
Is there anyone who works for Coles that could confirm if this is correct????

Sounds like a totally made up rule. Bet the rude lady just wants to keep all the toothbrushes all for herself to buy at the end of her shift.

Its 'dated', not dated :) I didn't really date her. she just had very inappropriate behaviors when I was around…and that was over 10 years ago.
The new electric toothbrushes are way too powerful now, I wouldn't recommend using them to get off…but what do I know?
go back in there and demand your rights. You are a customer of the Coles Supermarkets. Get one of those coles surveys and fill it in online and mention the rude cow. She'll get a nice surprise!
