Hmm, it is not store wide, it is Australia wide on selected item. I was curious to get 50mm 1.8 II for $69. Damn, site still applies $79 postage :(

That says free shipping Australia Wide (not site wide) which is probably only applicable to the items on that page.

Anything I try and add to the cart shows me a cost for postage. I am yet to find ANYTHING that has FREE shipping.
Certainly works now.
I tried as a test the very first item in the linked page and it worked - no shipping cost.
Not everything is free shipping added some stuff and still showed postage.
