Where Are You Getting The Best FOREX Rates? Banks or Independants?

Hi, i need to change a few thousand AUD to USD given thhe declining rate of the past week.

Im hoping some fellow Ozbargainers can some tips when obtaining Foreign currency.

Where have you seen rates that are better than the banks or aust Post?

In Melbourne KVB Kunlan. Level 38, 120 Collins. Best rates i could find mid last year and recommended to me by my stingy colleague :)
