kmart have wireless mice for $2
Cheaper on ebay for a 2nd hand model.
A few laptops posted over the last couple of days that fit into the price range.
Or HP Stream 11 if you are looking for small portable one with tiny flash drive. One problem is that all of them are Celeron N28xx (Bay Trail CPU) so the performance would be lacking if you are doing any multimedia-creation.
