With at least 16gb+ of "real" ROM, I want 32gbs (a lot seem to display more ROM than they actually have)
and 2gb+ ram
There is so many on the market and I know the bargain hunters love too search for the best Phones they can find, so what is it?

Just something to be aware of, gearbest has a reputation on ozbargain for painfully slow shipping so be prepared to wait. I'm not sure how coolicool compares.

it's got 4G, but 3G is only good for Optus here in Australia
I think there are many phones that can fit your needs .. I propose some of them:
Elephone p3000s. Its camera is not the best quality that has
Gionee Elife e7. Not covered in 4G networks. But with 3gb (ram) and 32gb (rom)
Jiayu s3. For me it is the perfect mobile now.
Zte Nubian mini z7: One of the best, it is very complete and with a very good camera
