Hi everyone,
So earlier today I went to Centrecom Clayton to buy another mouse for my new laptop. I wanted a gaming-grade mouse, as I use a Razer Taipan on my main rig and it's really nice. I picked a roccat savu, as underneath it had $39 written and I asked staff member A and he said yep it's $39. So I go to the counter and staff member B scans it and says that'll be $59. I said but it's got $39 there. He looks and it says 'Roccat Savu, $39'. He says no that's a different one and takes the label away. I felt a bit suspicious so I looked on the website: 'Roccat Savu: $39' and all the EXACT same specs were listed. I showed Staff member A and he tells me to get B to process it. I showed him and he looked on the website and there were two Roccat Savus listed, one $39, one $59. He shows me the code of the $59 one is the exact same as the one I chose, yet it doesn't list any specs, yet the $39 one listed literally all the exact same specs. He says he can't do it for $39. I look online and there's only one Roccat Savu model in existence, I show him and say they've probably just listed it twice and didn't realize and just changed the one of them. He wouldn't give in. Was I in the right here or him, as I'm 100% sure there's only one Roccat Savu model in existence?
Who is wrong? It's really irrelevant as hes not obligated to sell it to you for that price.
