How to Play Music Via USB Stick on My Car Stereo

Hi Guys,
I have a small question wrt my Toyota Corolla Ascent ZRE152 2007 model car.It just has CD Player and AUX port to connect cables and play music from them. However I would like to use my USB stick which has thousands of songs to play from my Car AUDIO system but it has no USB port.

Could someone suggest as how to connect my USB stick to this Car audio system and play music from USB drive? I am currently using a Bluetooth adapter into AUX and playing songs from my iphone which is fine but I would like to also use my USB stick , connect it to the Car Audio and play music.

Pls suggest me any adapters, cables which I can use to play music from USB stick? Any URLs or Images\Videos will be fine to refer to..

    Try this

    Costs around $10.Plug it into the car's cigarette plug and then insert your USB. Turn on your stereo and tune it to the same frequency as the device and it will play the music through the car's audio system..
