Wanted to see if anyone has used one of these supposed 'enterprise grade' WiFi access points and their experience? (Have read quite a few reviews and they seem to be positive)
Also, what's my cheapest option for purchase balanced against being able to return it if faulty in warranty period.

The AP seems a much better option than crap unreliable Wifi repeaters - even the bottom of the range Ubiquity UBIUAP claims a range of 122 mts …. But can anyone comment on whether I can or can't extend the LAN via an Ethernet over Power extender then the POE injector to run the AP ? ( I have no scope to run Cat 5 cable in this property )
BTW, try www.nasaustralia.com.au for Ubiquity products. They've been round for about 30 years !
I have installed 4 of these. They are truly fantastic.
I just bought my 4th at http://budgetpc.com.au/uap-unifi-ap.html which is their cheapest AP. I have always bought the slightly more expensive long range model.
I have never had to return any of these.
