I hold ANZ frequent flyer black card. I am eligible for 6500 Qantas points as per last statement spend however only 2800 points were allocated. I have strong feeling that ANZ is being dodgy and not allocating points correctly each month.
I will recommend everyone to match their transactions against points feom June 2014 (time when most of us got this card as part of 50,000 points promotion). To add fuel to the injury, ANZ black card does not have formal statements access via online banking. I can only see 15 Dec to 15 Jan statement via online banking and the previous statements are not accessible. I have already lodged enquiry on Sunday and still awaiting for their response. I am not sure how reconciliation will work in the absence of 2014 statements.
I always double check mine when i get the statement, and the points have always been spot on.
