The best place to buy FIFA15 is in 2016, when FIFA 17 makes it redundant and therefore only 10 bucks max.
Your theory of buying a game two iterations old for $10 doesn't seem to work
FIFA 13 - Mighty Ape for $22.90 or Preowned at EB for $22
You need to go back another iteration if you want it for $10 at EB!
