I saw the blue light on my Wii indicating that an update was available. Reading the message, it mentions that if you become "connection ambassador" by getting your friends' to go online with their Wiis, you will each get 500 points for the referral.

If you refer 10 friends, you'll get access to download the entire NES library for free.
Refer 20 friends, and get free access to the entire NES, SNES and N64 library.

There's no official link, but the link I've provided is from the Aussie Nintendo site.

    I have a Wii (over it) but if I was interested (I'm not) you can just play those last century Nintendo games via your PC browser, without all the hassle… Google.

      well firstly you have to be new to nintendo online!!!! (less than 30 days)

      in order to connect you wii to th internet folow this:

      Then once your wii is online go to the wii shop channel and click on "connection ambassador"
      then click "person who was helped" then type in wii number

      7814 7523 6647 2173

      then find your wii number follow this:

      send this wii number to

      [email protected]

      i will then input the number into my console and you will be credited with 500 free wii point by nintendo just for getting your wii online!!! with these you can buy any classic nintendo games from the past on the wii shop channel!!!!!!!!!
