Optus - Day Light Savings Comes to Brisbane

last night mobiles phones on the optus network lost an hour in Brisbane -basically we had day light savings this morning.

hence my alarm went off - I checked my mobile - 7:15 - get up, get dressed (do other hygene things) jump in the car and off to the station- get to the city and my alarm goes off again. WTF -phone says 7:15!!

      It affected iOS too didn't it?

      Amazing that a probable mistake by some technician can cause 1000s of people to lose an hour of sleep.

      Just hope that hackers don't get any ideas.
