I found something I want to buy, But want to take advantage of there
30-day-price-guarantee to in turn get another 20% off..
I can see they are going to try find some reason not to honor it.
So what are my rights to return an unopened item (such as oven) for full refund?
I googled it, It took me to a dead link, And there return policy is on the sitemap but is dead also.
Other wise ill hit up masters for 10% off .. But really want 20 :P
It's gone back to the old PM for appliances (no extra 10%) again???
First it started with that, then changed to 10% PM, and now back to the original.

You realise that it's not a further 20% off, it's 120% of the difference. So if the cheaper price is only $1 cheaper, you'll only get back $1.20.

If the return is due to change of mind, what makes you think you have a right to return it? I believe tgg do allow it, but if I remember right, they have a 20% restocking fee.
From experience, tgg will try to find reasons why the cheaper price matching item isn't valid.
many price match t&c require that the item's model number or sku match. does tgg and masters sell the same item?
tgg would be crazy not to find reasons to invalidate a price match. every price match chips away the franchisee's bottom line.
I returned an unopened tv that was bought on Christmas Eve a week later for a refund, but the link with their return policy whereit says "if you're unhappy with your purchase just bring it in for a full refund" is now gone.
I am waiting for gg to get back to me in regard to a WDTV, I have had it for around 6 months and find these units ineffective, downgrading from the latest firmware etc, riddled with problems, I do not want an xchange unit I want a refund for a product which is not technically defective, just doesn't do what it is suppose to,
I also have an M8 and Raspberry, which blows the wd away, will confirm if I reach a satisfactory solution or not, They are taking their time getting back to me.

Masters dont do 10% off PM anymore for appliances. Buy it from the original place that offered the deal.
