This has been asked before, but not fully answered, and the links in the answers no longer work.
Where can I buy a safe reliable wall charger with multiple USB outlets that can simultaneously provide enough power to EACH charge an iPad (or similar).
Bonus marks if it comes with multi-country plugs.
Kogan makes such a device, but only one outlet can charge an iPad, and reviews suggest that some people have found that the low-power outlets are even too low for a phone if the high-power outlet is in use.
My company USED to sell the 8ware ones with 5 ports 3A TOTAL power. Basically if one port in use heaps of power for tablet, if you plug in more than one item it divides the power between two, etc. Came with international plugs. Used them in Singapore recently. Brilliant devices. I still have one in use in the lounge room.
Unfortunately they're not on our distributor list any more but maybe EBay?
