The website doesn't have the sale, but JB Hifi retail stores are having their stocktake sale right now, and they are selling left over Halo 3 Legendary Editions for $169.95 (normally $199.95).
I saw only 1 more Legendary Edition at Bourke Street JB Hifi (@ 6:30pm 1/11/07). So be quick and it's probably a good idea to ring around and get them to reserve one.

The Stocktake sale ends on Sunday, but I don't think the Legendary stock will last until then anyways.
