      A lot has changed in the time since all of those threads have been created and I can re-assure you that the feedback has certainly been used to better improve what we originally started with.

      You'll find that a lot of those threads back date to almost over a year ago now.

      In the past 2 years

      • We rolled out major infrastructure upgrades to all of our servers upgrading to the new DELL R-Series servers
      • Last year we started rolling our DELL servers with SSD disk drives for better performance
      • We have built a enterprise-grade purpose built network to deliver 100% uptime to our customers (this includes redundant network connectivity, peering connections at each of our sites and DDOS protection).
      • We have also scrapped a few old policies (no more late fees, no more cancellation requirements).
      • More add-ons for customers to purchase/add to their service such as local & remote backups, spam protection using SpamExperts.

      I'll also mention that on any website you will always find the negative reviews which is an unfortunate issue for many businesses but 99% of the time you'll never find the good reviews unfortunately.       If you have a hosting account else where, we will happily migrate all of the data/content from your existing web hosting provider to our servers for you.

      The migration includes copying your website content, databases, email accounts & email data, SQL user accounts, extra FTP user accounts, etc.

      The migration is a great tool for us to move your site over if you didn't want to have to upload all of the content yourself and re-create your email accounts, ftp accounts and SQL databases again.

        "When I gave Exigent the cPanel login details at my old host, so they could perform the migration, they said that they "could not successfully complete the migration" and that I would have to do it myself. I did it manually, and everything was fine. I found this very unusual."

          I believe that the issue was related to that clients cPanel account on their old host that stopped us from doing this (this could of been their hosting providers firewall stopping us or the backup tool not being available in cPanel).

          If we're unable to complete the migration using the cPanel tool, we will ensure to find other means to be able to backup the account and then copy that backup file to our servers and extract it into your new home account for you.

          Running these sites on our business server would not be an issue at all.

          At the moment I am using HostGator, I assume their cPanel is not that restricted.

          Can I get my money back if your migration fails in any way (I do not have enough money to hire some expert to do this migration job for me).
