    Also I believe the 'trial' is only sent to you if you pay an (inflated) delivery fee - perhaps someone can confirm.

      I've received a free mascara from them before through this type of promotion and didn't need to pay shipping. They do have the type of "trials" that you refer to though but usually with much larger amount of stock available. This is what will likely be filling up your inbox as spam later. I don't seem to get the spam any more though so I must have been able to unsubscribe successfully.
