When you put in how many rooms you have, they suggest a number of hours for their standard clean. You do not have to follow this — longer is obviously fine, and if you want a shorter clean or just some specific things done, you can address it in the comments, and of course, let your cleaner know in person.

$5 extra for the cleaner to bring their own cleaning supplies. (You can mention which supplies you'd like — I asked mine to bring a vacuum cleaner, mop, and any cleaning solutions they'd need. I forgot to mention cloths but I think they brought those. If you're including toilets in the clean, you might want to have toilet brushes, though, for obvious reasons — they broke one of mine but was very apologetic; it was a cheapie anyway, and I had a spare sitting right beside the one that got broken. ^^")

Overall, I was very happy with my experience. They would have been on time if they hadn't had trouble finding the place, and they were very speedy and clean, especially since they had to orient themselves to the instructions. (I was after a shorter, specific clean of certain areas.)

Payment is only possible via credit card. I know, this made me hesitant to book until I found a code to use, and really needed a clean. ^^" They charge a $1 authorisation to your card that gets removed after you pay, and they billed two days after the clean for me.
