I got an email from Amaysim today saying that I have activated the FLEXI plan (which is a month-to-month pre-paid plan). Credit on this plan only last 30 days. Plus I have around $70 accumulated credit which is now going to expire next month if I don't use it all up by then.
I have always been on the As-You-Go plan with them and credits last for 90 days. I didn't request for the change of plan.
Is Amaysim trying to rip me off? Anyone with similar experience with them?
Call them up, they have been helpful in sorting out glitches for me when they happened.
