Which Data Only SIM Card Is Better to Use in Japan?

Hello,

I'm heading to Japan in about a month for 19 days and I was wondering if anyone could help me out in choosing which data only sim card is better to use in Japan. I came across these two types of sim cards from http://www.bmobile.ne.jp/english/index.html and http://www.simcorner.com/japan-prepaid-sim.html. I did some reading on both sim cards and they seem okay but I was wondering if anyone else from here has used either of them or if you have any other suggestion that would be great.

      I second these guys. Sim was waiting at the hotel (was after hours so couldn't pick up at airport), dropped it off at the airport when I left. Couldn't be easier.

      Highly recommended. I hired their pocket wifi device cos there were two of us.
