Just tried with an Optus phone (with unlimited calls to mobiles). A recorded message says Optus will charge the full international rate (even if you have a capped plan) for the call. Then I tried with my Vodafone mobile and it seemed fine… I guess its good for some and not so good for others…

Not sure, try it and if you dont get a recorded message upfront, then its probably ok. When I tried with an optus phone I got the message as soon as it connects. But then I tried with a Vodafone SIM, there was no upfront message. So I assume that was ok.
Yes its a good service for three users how have cap plan and also good for prepaid 3 users also.

A website claiming to be Australian with a .com seems dodgy.
