    Yes they deliver to Australia.
    Yes, the shipping to Australia is free for this item with this coupon. (Sometimes artscow have coupons where the item is free but you pay for the shipping)
    As far as currency exchange goes, they use paypal (at whatever paypal's current exchange rate is). No extra surcharges for currency conversion. So this deal will cost about $5 Australian dollars delivered.
