The product is quite good actually, I have one (bought elsewhere). The retailer on the other hand is on my dislike list, so the gift card doesn't give me any incentive to buy from them unless it was a lot cheaper…

Yeah, the items I've done collect in store have gone well, the items that have been shipped have taken weeks and I've had to follow up with support just to get them shipped at all.
