No purchase required. Simply visit any Target store and provide feedback on your shopping experience you had there via an online survey. You may be offered an additional set of survey questions for an extra entry into the same draw.
The first valid entry drawn each month will win a $1000 target gift card. The winner will be notified in writing to email address provided during the entry process.
There are 12 monthly draws between April/2014 to 3/April/2015.

I've done this survey from time to time but I don't really see much incentive to do one. It would be better if they offered flybuys points as a reward like the Tell Coles survey. If they made this change I'd probably do the survey once a month.
