  • Is this online only or can I buy it instore?

    • YES, YOU CAN

  • Third time's the charm! Looks like you've included enough info this time for it to not get deleted. Which is good, 'cause it's a good price.

    • Sorry a bit "too much info" when mcgtech posted it :) Please see our title guidelines — posting the full spec of the product is not needed, when a product type (Netbook), a brand (Acer) and a product model (AS1A751-BLK) will do.

      • In that case I'd suggest changing it to just "Acer Aspire One 751h". Although I suppose noting it's the 6-cell version and black isn't a bad idea. It's just easier to search the likes of staticice with "751h" :P

That's also what Acer call it, and what most reviews call it.

One day they'll get it right :P

        • Done. Thanks for the suggestion! (Sorry I am slow catching up all the new models)

  • Feature highlights:

    Intel® Atom™ processor Z520 1.33Ghz with only draw 2 W + Mobile Intel® US15W Express Chipset 5 watts
its better than n270 + 945 GSE (my netbook use about 18-22 watt in total and battery only last for 5 hours

Display 11.6” HD 1366 x 768 (WXGA) pixel resolution ( most are 10" 1024 x 600 in the market) which provide HD "like" environment

I really like this one - full-size Acer FineTip keyboard

it’s a good price, even if ION netbooks will come out soon.

    • Oh, that's new from them.

So only a bargain for WAians.

      Positive removed.

    • 2GB model only has a pitiful 3 cell battery, this is actually better value. 2GB RAM = $35, 6 cell battery = $124. The IT Estate unit has Vista Home Basic, and while I do like Vista, this notebook is much better suited to XP (slow CPU) or perhaps W7. You don't get the upgrade with the 2GB unit, so I think this is a good (better) deal.

    • This deal's better because 2GB of RAM is cheaper to buy than a 6-cell battery. You can go buy your own 2GB SODIMM RAM stick for ~$40 and replace it yourself. I'm sure a 6-cell costs more than that.

  • I wonder if the IT Estate version is Oz stock though, as they say "return to base warranty" and it's only got a 3-cell 4 hour battery, whereas I thought these shipped with 6-cell 8 hour batteries in Oz.
