Epiphone AJ220S for $259 from Sky Music. For comparison - Gallins and Allans are selling the same guitar for $359.50.

Excellent guitar especially at this price. Has a solid spruce top and are generally made very well, know this first hand as I own one of these guitars myself.

Incredible tone for the price. Very warm and smooth, much more balanced than the average dreadnought which are usually bought at the same price.

Seller as mentioned previously is Sky Music - absolutely love to buy my guitars of these guys as they are extremely friendly to work with and are unobtrusive. You may even push your luck and ask them to throw in a setup with the guitar, which will make the guitar significantly better to play (in regards to feel).

    You'd just tell the salesman that you'd take it off their hands provided they threw in a setup for the price. You'd also generally request for 'low action' in the setup - meaning that the strings are lower hence making it easier to play (less effort, less harsh on the fingers).

    Decent setup generally costs $80 to be done elsewhere, shops are more likely to head down the free setup route to land a sale.
