hi guys

i want to buy galaxy tab s 10.5" and i ordered one from the good guys at $462 after 10% discount from ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/111539448628 but they ran out of stock so they sent me refund because they are not sure if they will get stock before Christmas.(although their ebay listing shows stock, i called the store and they said they dont have the stock. ) i am ok if the item comes after christmas but i want to get the $20 giftcard claim from samsung which is ending on 24th december i guess. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/173641

the price after 10% discount is already pretty good i guess as i don't see any other deal better than that and i am going overseas later on January so i am planning on getting my tax back.
So i am confused wether to order again and wait till they get stock or buy from other retailers (dicksmith is listing it at $539 so after 10% ebay discount it gets to $485 )

so should i order from the good guys and wait for it or buy from other retailers (dicksmith seems to have stick of it according to ebay.)

i am thinking to go with dicksmith and grab it. what do you guys say?? thanks in advance

      Check Officeworks. I remember before the 20% deal (around Black Friday), Officeworks had the best deal, even better than Amazon.

      i think officeworks is not on 10% ebay discount. so without that, its above $500 obviously and on dicksmith, with 10% discount it will be arount $485

          But I wish the 4G one becomes 462, that would be a real ozbargain deal ! Haha
          I am trying to call dicksmiths in multiple stores but nobody picks up the call. And their PayPal is not accepting the payment either. Don't know what's going on with them.

      From where did you ordered it? I did click and collect from dicksmith at $485

        I got it on EBay during that sale, for around $370 delivered. It was faulty so I returned it around a month ago, and have been waiting since.

        THe GOod GUy's Ebay store… GOod guys my behind.

          Yeah,it's the GOod guys. I had to return the first one from dicksmith as well because it's screen was cracked. So I went to the store and they don't have anymore spare. So they gave me receipt to collect from David Jones burwood. Had to do few visits before they hand me the new tab. It's all good now though.

          Can I ask about the speakers on it? Is the left one (very) slightly muffled, compared to the right?

          That was the reason why I returned mine; I can't live with unbalanced speakers. But I"m not sure if this is a fault or not, as SOME of the demos I've been playing with since in stores, have had this issue, or 'feature'…
